Leasing Service Advertising the property, show the property, accept and screen the application, sign the lease in our office, collect and hold the deposits and initial rental payment, perform the move in inspection. Upon possession of the property by the tenant, our agreement is fulfilled. We provide you a copy of all reports, the application and the lease and deliver you your money less our fee. $ 800.00
Full Service Management
All services included in Applicant Screening and Leasing Service are included and we will manage the property on a day to day basis. We Collect the rents, handle repairs, collect on late rental payments and bad checks, pay bills, assist in evicitions, perform re-leasing, rent increases and serve notices conduct move in / move out inspections, Re-Lease or Renew the Lease.,
Deliver your check monthly less our fee.
$ 800.00 PLUS 6% of rental amount monthly.
